How Propel Works

  • Propel is a prepaid lease (energy services agreement) from SolSource Solutions, paired with a loan from Concert Finance (TriBeam).
  • The loan covers the prepayment, so you pay $0 upfront and make one fixed monthly payment.
  • For the first 5 years, the program owns the system and takes care of it.
  • After year 5, ownership passes to you through a buyout already built into your payment schedule. There is no surprise check to write.
